I address any identified restrictions through manual therapy that may be facilitating pain or dysfunctional movement patterns, followed by retraining muscles for long term maintenance of improvement, or resolution of your symptoms.”

Crystal has two sweet, energetic boys who keep her moving and she enjoys exploring life with her husband through experiences by sharing goals such as running a race in all 50 states. She loves learning new ways to challenge her body which is how she came about integrating the Pilates reformer into Physical Therapy treatment. “I am excited to share my skills to help you reach whatever goals you have in your personal life.”
