Crystal is the owner and founder of Meaningful Movement. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech where she was also a member of the club field hockey team. Crystal went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Old Dominion University. Crystal’s approach to physical therapy treatment is whole body. “I do not ‘chase the pain’ but look throughout the kinetic chain to identify the root issue. I address any identified restrictions through manual therapy that may be facilitating pain or dysfunctional movement patterns, followed by retraining muscles for long term maintenance of improvement, or resolution of your symptoms.”
Crystal has two sweet, energetic boys who keep her moving and she enjoys exploring life with her husband through experiences by sharing goals such as running a race in all 50 states. She loves learning new ways to challenge her body which is how she came about integrating the Pilates reformer into Physical Therapy treatment. “I am excited to share my skills to help you reach whatever goals you have in your personal life.”

Occupational Therapist | Pelvic Health Specialist | Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) | Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification (PCES)
Molli earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University and her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Her interest in pelvic therapy began after her own pelvic floor challenges, what started as a personal experience grew into a professional passion.
Molli joins Meaningful Movement after leading pelvic health services within major healthcare systems in both Charlotte and Kansas City. Most recently, she served as the primary pelvic health therapist within an outpatient setting, where she revitalized an existing pelvic program and contributed to system-wide pelvic care growth. Her work included developing clinical competencies for onboarding new pelvic therapists and lecturing within a pelvic health residency program.
Molli has completed specialized training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). She also evaluates and treats breast cancer-related impairments including lymphedema, as well as orthopedic hand-to-shoulder conditions.
Molli believes patients deserve timely, thoughtful, and personalized care without the delays, rushed visits, or limited access that often interrupt recovery. Her approach emphasizes precision, continuity, and collaboration. She is excited to serve both patients and providers as part of a model that prioritizes access, communication, and meaningful outcomes.
In her free time, Molli enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. She loves to read, explore new coffee shops, and travel. “I’m excited to share my skills and knowledge to help you move and feel better, so you can get back to the things in life that matter most to you.”
